PF pressure indicating film
Placing the PF pressure indicating film between the two interfacing surfaces, apply pressure or impact force, and then remove the sensing film. And hence the pressure distribution effect on the two surfaces can be presented.
PF, featuring being extremely thin and elastic (0.2 mm), can be applied to various curved surfaces. The PF pressure indicating film can be ideally applied in the limited spaces where it is hard-to-reach, in extreme environments, and difficult to use pressuresensitive resistors for Measurement.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When laiding the coating surfaces in the two sheets together, the microcapsules on the L-sheet, carrying the color-forming substances, rupture under pressure; and hereafter, the released substances react with the developer on the corresponding area in the K-sheet, resulting in a red color afterwards. The extent of microcapsule rupture depends on the applied pressure: the greater the pressure, the more microcapsules are destroyed, leading to higher color density.Conversely, the lower the pressure, the lower the color density.
